Ocean Superliners: MS Gripsholm (Part 2) was a transatlantic liner from 1957 to 71 after that she became a cruise liner, first as MS Navarino (1975) than MS Regent Sea (1984) and finally as MS Star. In early 2001 the ship was sold for scrap, on route she was looted by pirates on July 12 2001 she sank in heavy seas off Algoa Bay in South Africa.
